What is a StoryKeeper?
A StoryKeeper is the one who takes the pictures at family gatherings, creates the scrapbooks or maintains the family tree. A StoryKeeper, trained and certified by Project StoryKeeper, refines their audio, video, photographic and interviewing skills. StoryKeepers learn how to use the latest networking and digital technology to collect, archive and share the stories that help families recognize their heroes and build their legacies.
A Certified StoryKeeper is eligible for both compensated and volunteer assignments in Project StoryKeeper Initiatives that cover nearly every member of our diverse social, ethnic, and cultural communities. To find out more please Contact Us.
